Winnipeg Dental Practice Renovates Office, Welcomes General Dentist

August 25, 2015

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA – Avant Dental Care, a comprehensive Winnipeg dental practice with three locations, has renovated one of its dental offices and hired a new general dentist trained in all aspects of dentistry.

“We are very excited to add Dr. Naghipur to our growing dental staff,” said Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen, one of the partners at Avant Dental Care. “By adding a new general dentist, we can serve more patients in the community and reduce patients’ time in the office.”

Avant Dental Care is a comprehensive dental provider that includes three dental offices around the Winnipeg area. The locations include Arborg Dental Centre, Lorette Family Dental Care and Winnipeg Square Dental Centre.

Dr. Nathan Jeal and Dr. Nguyen, partners at Avant Dental Care, both hold dental degrees from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. They have completed hundreds of hours in continuing education across North America to provide all phases of dentistry to their patients.

Avant Dental Care provides care in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry and dental implants. The practice is a leading Winnipeg Invisalign provider, and the doctors travel extensively to stay current and learn from top educators in the field. Invisalign is a revolutionary treatment that straightens teeth without brackets or wires. Invisalign uses a system of clear aligners to gradually straighten teeth. The trays are replaced once every two weeks, and the treatment is virtually undetectable.

Avant Dental Care combines professionalism with state-of-the-art technology to provide gentle and complete dental care. The offices have computers in their operatories and use CEREC same-day crowns. Using CEREC, the Avant Dental Care dental team can prepare and set permanent crowns in just one visit.

In addition to cosmetic services, Avant Dental Care provides dental implants for patients with missing teeth. Dental implants can be used to replace single missing teeth or to secure dentures. Dr. Jeal recommends that patients consider dental implants because the implants preserve jawbone and anchor permanent restorations. Dental implants can be placed with a 95 percent success rate, and they produce about 90 percent of the biting force of natural teeth.
